We are a well-established PCA/CFSS Agency that provides personal cares to individuals with disabilities. Currently looking for a compassionate and patient PCA/Direct Support Worker to assist with activities of daily living in a home environment. Assisting with behaviors, redirection, personal cares and ensuring a safe environment for a non-verbal child with autism.

Weekday mornings starting at 7:30 am. Mondays until 3:30pm, other days until 12:15pm. Hours will increase during summer when school is out.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have some experience as a PCA/Direct Support Worker.
Must have experience with behaviors.
Must have some knowledge and experience with autism.
Have good work ethics.
Must be caring, compassionate, patient and willing to learn.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.
Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
Must successfully complete the online CFSSPCA Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
Must be Fluent in English with speaking, understanding, reading, and writing.
