We are a well-established PCA/CFSS Agency that provides personal cares to individuals with disabilities. Currently looking for a PCA/Direct Support Worker to assist with activities of daily living in a home environment. Assisting with behaviors, redirection, cleaning, and independent living skills.

Weekday afternoons from 4pm-6pm.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have some experience as a PCA/Direct Support Worker.
Must have experience with behaviors.
Have good work ethics.
Must be able to follow instructions.
Must have a current driver's license with a good driving record.
Must have 2 forms of ID (photo ID and SS card or Birth Certificate).
Must pass the required MN DHS criminal background study that requires fingerprints and photo.
Must successfully complete the online CFSSPCA Training, the Vulnerable Mandated Reporter Training that is required by MN DHS.
Must be Fluent in English with speaking, understanding, reading, and writing.
